How do I verify authenticity?

Each preserved record includes an embedded NFC chip. Scan it with any NFC-enabled smartphone. No app required. The scan connects the physical record to its digital identity, confirming authenticity, displaying the record's unique production number, and maintaining a documented history of provenance and ownership. That identity stays with the record as it moves through collections, so verification and documentation travel with every transfer.

Can I resell my preserved record?

Yes. The Alliance Authentic marketplace supports peer-to-peer buying and selling between collectors. Every preserved record carries a unique digital identity, bound to the physical record through NFC and verified through Endstate's authentication platform. That identity confirms the record is genuine, documents its condition at the point of encapsulation, and maintains a continuous ownership history. When a preserved record changes hands, buyers scan the NFC chip with any smartphone to verify the record matches its documented identity before completing the transaction. Condition, provenance, and authenticity travel with the record. They don't reset with each sale.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your preserved record arrives with damage to the encapsulation or was incorrectly fulfilled, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and inspect the record upon receipt. If the damage is confirmed, we will replace it or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Are runs truly limited? What if I miss out?

Each title is preserved in a defined, limited quantity. That number is set at the time of curation and reflects the scope of preservation for that record. Once a preserved run is complete, it is not repeated. Each preserved record is individually numbered within its run. Available quantities are displayed on each product page.
