We cannot control slight manufacturing variations and are not able to replace based on these variations, including but not limited to minor paint flaws or figure positioning. Blemishes to packaging will not be considered as part of a damaged figure.
What it is: Alliance Authentic preserves the collectibles that matter most to collectors and fans.
Why it matters: We protect condition, verified authenticity, and documentation so a collectible's meaning and integrity endure over time.
How it works: Alliance Authentic encapsulated collectibles are sourced through Alliance Entertainment's licensed distribution network, pulled directly from the manufacturer in uncirculated condition, and encapsulated to preserve that state. These are commercially produced figures, acquired before they reach retail, authenticated for condition and origin, and preserved by Alliance Authentic in a state most copies will never see.
