The debut LP from the classic lineup of Ronnie James Dio, Jimmy Bain, Vivian Campbell, and Vinny Appice, Holy Diver arrived in 1983 and immediately became a heavy metal landmark. Singles "Holy Diver" and "Rainbow in the Dark" defined an era of the genre and helped push the album to double platinum RIAA certification in the US. This Rhino Reserve pressing was cut from original analog masters by Matthew Lutthans at The Mastering Lab and pressed on 180-gram premium vinyl.
An encapsulated copy of Holy Diver means owning the record exactly as it left the source: sealed, untouched, and permanently preserved. A snapshot of one of heavy metal's defining releases that can be displayed, passed down, or appreciated without ever compromising the artifact.
