In 1990, legendary composer John Williams created the compilation album John Williams Conducts John Williams – The Star Wars Trilogy, featuring 13 of his most memorable tracks from the original Star Wars Trilogy, all performed by the London Symphony Orchestra. The collection includes iconic pieces such as the 'Main Theme' and 'Throne Room / Finale' from Episode IV – A New Hope, 'The Imperial March' from Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back, and 'Luke and Leia' from Episode VI – Return of the Jedi.
