The original soundtrack to Wes Anderson's 2021 film The French Dispatch, pressed on double vinyl LP. The film follows a fictitious American magazine published in the fictional French city of Ennui-sur-Blasé, brought to life by a cast including Benicio Del Toro, Timothée Chalamet, Tilda Swinton, Adrien Brody, Léa Seydoux, and Frances McDormand.
The score was composed by Alexandre Desplat (Academy Award winner for The Grand Budapest Hotel), joined by compositions from Georges Delerue and Charles Aznavour, a track from Grace Jones, and a new French-language recording of "Aline" by Jarvis Cocker. The result is one of the most distinctly cinematic soundtracks in Anderson's filmography.
